These two are from his 1965 album Basie Picks the Winners. My Kind of Town is a typical Basie big band number, but his take on
Watermelon Man kicks serious ass.

This one's an oddball 7". The band was from NYC and this is their only 7" from what I can tell. It was released in 1980/1981 and the A-side
is a catchy reggae tune. The B-side is a weird "pop" song. The lead singer, Doug Brodoff was a clown for a bit and since has become an
independent filmmaker and published author.
